What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Behavioral Healthcare Inc?
Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a full-time Office Assistant to join our team in Lacey. We are a busy private mental health practice where the ideal candidate would have a pleasant outgoing personality, ability to multi-task, high attention to detail, capability to learn and follow directions in fast paced environment as well as strong customer service skills while interacting with patients and staff. Some duties would include answering phones, making reminder calls, checking patient in/out, collecting payments, scheduling, filing and various other office tasks as assigned. This is a mental health office and requires a high level of professionalism as well as a strict compliance with privacy policies. We are a multi-clinic group with three locations in Hoquiam, Lacey and Chehalis. This position works independently at the Lacey office with close communication with the main office in Hoquiam. Experience is preferred but not required as job specific training will be provided.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Start and end times occasionally fluctuate slightly depending on office schedule. Benefits include paid time off, medical, vision, retirement and vacation after meeting eligibility timelines.
