What are the responsibilities and job description for the ABA Program Manager position at Behavioral Momentum Services LLC?
This position is for our Bakersfield region.
The Program Manager is responsible for the creation, revision, and implementation of individualized treatment plans under the supervision of the coordinating BCBA for their caseload. This person will work with therapists and other team members to ensure quality ABA treatment for each client.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's Degree required
Active RBT certification preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience in ABA field (Supervisorial experience preferred)
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
Must be willing to travel between assigned clients
Must pass finger printing/background check
Must pass TB test and provide clearance
Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday during business hours (8a-7p) and Saturday (8a-2p) when needed
Ability to accept constructive feedback
Effective time management skills and ability to complete tasks on time
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and their family members, co-workers, supervisors, and community members.
Follow Home session and clinic guidelines/policies
Ability to abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board
Responsibilities
Work under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor or BCBA to oversee clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
Maintain a caseload with the equivalent of up to 40 billable hours
Create, implement, and monitor treatment programs for assigned cases; modify and update programs as needed
Conduct assessments for assigned cases; complete assessment reports
Collect, organize, and analyze data to write progress reports for assigned cases
Support and supervise therapy staff to ensure proper implementation of treatment plan
Attend IEP meetings or other meetings related to assigned clients
Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times, across all settings
Maintain client records and purge files
Provide clinical and supervisory support and oversight of Behavioral Interventionists
Work closely with BMS Admin staff as needed
Provide any other clinical work as it relates to assigned cases
Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy as scheduled (Employee will be scheduled for 1:1 therapy until caseload reaches 40 billable hours.)
