Part-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
Position Summary: The Part-Time BCBA will provide clinical support and oversight to Program Managers/Clinical Supervisors and the cases they provide services to.
Qualifications and Skills:

Current BCBA certification
Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Analysis, Behavior Science, Human Development, Social work or rehabilitation
2-year experience implementing ABA interventions with children with autism
2-year experience working as a Behavioral Supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism, as well as training parents and instructors on how to implement these interventions
Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, SAVVY Assessment
Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
Energetic and coachable person
Must have a valid Driver’s license and reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance (under your name)
Must pass background check
Availability to work within hours of operation: 8a-7p Mon-Sat
Ability to accept constructive feedback
Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients, clients' families, co-workers, and supervisors
Responsibilities:

Provide minimum of 90% billable hours, clinical support to Program Managers or Clinical Supervisors monthly
Supervisors (PM/CS) per month, via telehealth or in-person.
Assist PM/CS clinical with designing and implementing treatment programs and behavior intervention plans
Assist PM/CS with clinical, professional, and general guidance and support on their cases
Provide constructive feedback to PM/CS in a timely and professional manner
Answer questions presented by PM/CS
Read, edit, and provide feedback on reports and programs submitted by PM/CS
Create and monitor progress on Professional Performance Goals for assigned supervisees
Maintain and ensure HIPAA compliance
Work closely with Admin staff as necessary (i.e., Scheduler, HR, Payroll)
Utilize Homebase or email to efficiently communicate with BMS staff
Clinically supervise RBT candidates as assigned
Clinically supervise BCBA candidates as assigned
Create, lead and/or attend staff meetings/trainings
