As the first point of contact for our practice, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients.
About the Position:
We are a 12-provider psychology office looking for a part-time team member to assist with front office duties.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and families with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and manage phone calls in a friendly, courteous manner
- Schedule appointments using medical scheduling software
- Perform administrative tasks: collecting payments, word processing, scanning, faxing, and filing
- Maintain an organized and efficient front office

- Familiar with medical scheduling software and office technology

- Able to work part-time shifts (4 to 8 hours)
