Job Description
We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to assist in delivering behavior-analytic services under the direction of a Clinic Manager, Clinical Director, and BCBA. As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 and group ABA services and programs in both clinic and in-home settings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as an RBT, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have effective time management skills, and be able to interpret and implement clinical protocols. You must also be able to pass a background check, receive and maintain an active RBT certification through the BACB, and meet the physical requirements of the role.
