BehaviorWorks is a provider of ABA Autism Intervention and Medicaid Waiver Behavior Support Service for the greater Indianapolis Area. The Clinic Manager is a critical component to smooth operations at BehaviorWorks. This individual is often the first point of contact for potential clients and staff as well as an on-going support for administrative functions such as client and staff scheduling and management of requests for approved time off, and appropriate record keeping.
Job Requirements
- BS/BA in a related field (preferred)
- Experience working with children and or office management (minimum of one year preferred)
- IN Driver’s License, reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Clear background check
- Ability to meet the physical demands of therapy services (must be able to walk, run, bend, lift, reach, stoop, and kneel and lift at least 35 lbs.)

- Attention to detail
Job Duties
- Open and Close the clinic daily
- Daily scheduling for staff and clients and adjust as needed for accuracy in billing
- Approve time off requests, documentation of absences and tardies, including written and verbal warnings for staff members in violation of company policies
- Assure timecards are signed prior to payroll
- Conduct inventory for office supplies and refurbish when needed
- Assure proper maintenance of technical equipment (tablets and laptops), alert management if purchase orders are needed
- Plan for and execute regular clinic cleanings
- Provide information for 90 day and annual reviews
- Answer and route in-coming calls and visitors
- Assist Management team with phone interviews and initial client interest calls and tours
- Assist with scheduled maintenance and repairs to the clinic
- Assist with staff breaks if needed
- Assist the clinical team program development as needed
- Assist with interpreting and communicating with clients who are non-English speaking if you have any abilities regarding the client’s language
- Run reports for RBT Supervision and assist with documentation for this requirement
- Maintain appropriate file keeping for staff and clients within the clinic
- Schedule and assign staff for local booth fairs
- Assist with Marketing tasks as needed
- Ability to use discretion with sensitive information
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,500.00 - $62,500.00 per year
