West River Mental Health is accepting applications for a Program Supervisor with our Full Circle program. This position provides guidance, training, and some supervision to Full Circle staff. Support daily operations to include ensuring safety standards and health standards are being met.

Requirements
Education and Experience
Minimum of a HS diploma or equivalent with preference for experience in a human services field. An associate degree in the social sciences or human services field and two years of experience or a bachelor's degree in a human service field and experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- General knowledge of substance use issues or willingness to develop an understanding.
- Knowledge of and skill in teaching basis life skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and both internal and external customers.
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team to include demonstrating respect and collaboration.
- Ability to listen effectively, remain calm, and set boundaries.
- Ability to maintain a South Dakota driver's license, vehicle liability insurance, and safely operate a vehicle in all weather conditions.
- Ability to respond to clients by phone and face to face in emergency situations.
