About the Role:
Behavox is seeking a driven and experienced US-based Account Manager to partner with a CSM to serve and expand existing, US-based SMB clients. As an Account Manager, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, enabling your team to deliver on strategic initiatives, and ensuring Behavox's full product suite becomes the preferred solutions for the world’s largest companies in regulated industries.
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to partner with CSM and Behavox Leadership to create and execute strategic account plans for your portfolio, build deep client relationships, travel to client offices, and drive efficiency and effectiveness in deal cycles. You will lead the strategic vision for your account portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction and desire to grow with Behavox. You will be responsible for navigating high-stakes sales cycles, ensuring consistent pipeline health, and fostering strong client relationships for the designated portfolio.

What You'll Bring:
- A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies.
- Knowledge of managing relationships with financial services companies, Enterprise, or large corporations - leading change management efforts and driving customer accountability.
- Experience of working with Enterprise, high touch, clients with a BoB of 10-20 clients valued higher than $250k per contract.
- Skilled at identifying revenue opportunities, devising account plans, and negotiating expansion opportunities.
- Skilled communicator (written/spoken) with team members/internal stakeholders and external counterparts, especially at executive level.
What You'll Do:
- EXPAND accounts and generate additional revenue within their book of business.
- REDUCE churn and retain accounts by increasing customer satisfaction.
- PRIORITIZE strategically to provide customer analysis and activity plans.
- SOLVE problems whilst applying highly customer-centric practices.
- WORK with a Customer Success and other project teammates to champion for clients.
