This is a high-impact leadership position for someone who’s just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves in the daily operations as they are setting long-term strategy. You'll oversee all financial functions, manage a capable and committed team, and play a key role in shaping the company’s direction.

What You’ll Do As CFO
Lead & Inspire
- Guide a team of five across accounting, payroll, and collections
- Foster a positive, productive, and collaborative team culture
- Act as a key voice on the Executive Leadership team
Drive Financial Operations
- Own full-cycle accounting: A/R, A/P, payroll, cash flow, deposits, wires, and more
- Maintain accurate books, monthly closes, financial reporting, and compliance
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance analytics
- Champion efficiency by streamlining processes and improving systems
- Stay deeply involved in day-to-day operations while keeping an eye on strategic goals
- Apply deposits and processing credit applications
- Lead weekly financial reviews with the executive team
- Run payroll and 401(k) contributions
- Oversee monthly closes and preparing income statements
- Conduct strategic check-ins with accounting and collections teams
- Prepare for audits and compliance reviews
Who You Are
- 5 years leading accounting or finance teams (Controller/CFO level preferred)
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus, not required)
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Experience with SAP, ERP systems, and manufacturing environments
- Bonus points for supply chain and inventory expertise
- Expert in Excel and financial modeling
- Tech-savvy and eager to work with multiple systems
- A natural leader with a strong sense of integrity, humility, and initiative
