What You’ll Do as a Design Sales Consultant:
- Canvassing & Lead Generation: You’ll proactively canvass neighborhoods and engage with potential clients to build brand awareness and drive sales. Your ability to generate leads will set you up for success!
- In-Home Consultations: You’ll visit clients in their homes to assess their needs, offer expert recommendations on premium window treatments, take precise measurements, and guide them through the selection process. Your personalized service will turn leads into loyal customers!
- Sales & Customer Relationships: Closing deals and creating lasting customer relationships will be at the heart of your role. You’ll work to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) by converting leads into sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Quarterly Engagement: Attend trade shows and networking events to expand your network, stay up-to-date on industry trends, and boost brand presence.
What We’re Looking for in a Design Sales Consultant:
- Proven Sales Success: You bring at least 3 years of experience in generating and converting sales. If you have a track record of high-close rates, we want to hear from you! Whether you’ve worked in canvassing, direct sales, or in-home consultations, your sales expertise will be a perfect fit.
- Industry Experience a Plus: While experience in window treatments or complex product sales is ideal, we value individuals who are quick learners and have a passion for design and home innovation.
- Self-Starter & Motivated: You are a self-driven, results-oriented individual who thrives in an independent work environment. You’re ready to take ownership of your territory and make it your own.
- Physical Stamina: You should be able to lift 30-50 lbs as you help clients with product selections, and be willing to travel out of state quarterly for trade shows and networking opportunities.
