Bird's Eye View of the Role:
You’ll be responsible for performing in-home installations, repairs, and consultations in your territory. You’ll manage the entire process—from initial consultation to final installation—making sure every client is satisfied with the outcome. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working both independently and with a team, combining technical skills with client interaction to deliver quality results.
Our Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Base salary starting at $50,000, plus commissions.
- Earnings Potential: First-year projected earnings up to $65,000.

A Day in the Life:
- Perform installations and repairs of window treatments in homes within a 45-mile radius.
- Offer expert recommendations on the best window treatments to meet client needs.
- Utilize advanced technology for accurate measurements and flawless installations.
- Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring that installations exceed client expectations.
- Manage the installation process from product delivery through completion, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Track and manage product orders using CRM software, keeping accurate records.
- Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
- Travel to client consultations within your territory in a company-provided vehicle.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in installation, carpentry, or a similar field is valued!
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in customer service or account management.
- Sales experience is valued but not paramount.
- Must have a clean and valid PA driver’s license and a place to park our company van.
