Compensation and Benefits of the Sales Consultant :
- Flexible Pay Options : Choose between a base salary plus commission or a commission-only structure.
- No cap on lucrative commissions!
- Earning Potential : Earn $75k in your first year, with no cap on earnings! Second-year potential ranges from $95k–$110k and beyond.
- Additional Benefits : 5 days of PTO, 5 sick days, 6 paid holidays, and paid training set you up for success. Mileage reimbursement for local travel.
- Quality Leads : Start strong with walk-in traffic, call-in leads, and marketing-driven inquiries while you build your network of repeat and referral clients.
