* Collaborate with Executive Chef Melissa Chickerneo to create seasonal menus that showcase our commitment to sustainability and local sourcing
* Lead and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
* Develop and implement effective time management and delegation strategies to ensure seamless kitchen operations
* Foster a positive work environment that promotes creativity, teamwork, and open communication
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of professional kitchen experience 2 years in culinary management, proven leadership experience, strong knowledge of Mediterranean and California coastal cuisines, experience with baking / pastry preferred, current ServSafe certification, excellent organizational and team management skills, and demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining quality.
