Position Overview
We are seeking passionate, professional servers to join our team for evening and weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests while embodying our commitment to treating clients like family and creating unforgettable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests to establish a positive dining experience
- Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage offerings
- Take accurate orders and input them correctly into our POS system
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff regarding orders and timing
- Serve food and beverages according to established standards and timing
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas
- Assist with side work including rolling silverware, restocking stations, and preparing for service
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste testing of menu items
- Assist fellow team members during busy periods
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred (6 months in a restaurant environment)
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing payments and managing checks
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings (training provided)
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain if 21 )
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help others

Hours & Availability Requirements
- Friday evenings: 2:00 PM to close
- Saturday: lunch and/or dinner shifts
- Sunday: lunch and/or dinner shifts
- At least 2-3 evenings per week (2:00 PM to close)
- Ability to work holidays and special events
