Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to learn and oversee operations on our production floor. Duties
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

- Monitor workflow on the assembly line and make adjustments as necessary to optimize productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, including output levels and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed within the manufacturing facility, promoting a culture of safety among team members.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using power tools, hand tools, and forklifts.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and assembly line processes is essential.
