RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Accuracy of reading of special parts

· Preventive maintenance on assigned equipment

· Operate overhead crane, forklift, cub tractors, and etc

· Check stock parts--standard and nonstandard and their proper locations, report defective parts

· Responsible for the safety and training of others

· Responsible for compliance with all documented procedures and employee handbook

· Responsible for the quality and quantity of the finished product

· Responsible for creating and maintaining a working team environment

· Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping

· Responsible for performing routine Preventative Maintenance on associated equipment

· Responsible for safety, quality, and production with limited supervision

· Any additional tasks as requested by the Team Leader

· Flexing to other departments as needed

· Practice safe working habits and follow safety policy, procedures and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)

· Ability to work towards continuous improvement of product quality and ISO-9001:2015

· Ability to work hours based on customer demands

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Able to read prints and inspect all special parts

· Will do inside and outside shop work

· Must be able to enter into the ECCCO system your crates, bundles, etc

· Thorough knowledge of parts required

· Must have forklift crane certification

· Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds approximately 50% of the time

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overtime
