Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role located in the West Bend, WI area. You will be joining an eight-to-ten-person team that works together to provide high-quality website content. The Digital Publishing Editor is responsible for publishing digital content. Daily tasks include managing and updating websites, ensuring content accuracy, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and maintaining publication schedules. The role also involves using content management systems to organize and publish information efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing communication and product information management
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, English, or related field
- Experience in the consumer and agricultural equipment industry is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple projects and/or tasks working in a fast-paced team environment
- Microsoft Office Tools
Duties
- Coordinates the technical creation of written and graphical web content for internet pages so that the website is appealing, informative and satisfying to the visitor and is competitive in the marketplace.
- Manages and publishes web content by interacting with marketing groups, legal, other divisions, and the enterprise to maintain current and relevant product and service information.
- Monitor quality and adherence to policies and guidelines on the company's websites, escalate issues as appropriate.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure the needs and goals of web projects are met.
- Ability to support global business partners, including ability attend meetings as scheduled.
- Creates, updates, and maintains sensitive and confidential company information, adhering to company policies and procedures.
