General Description :
The Executive Director of Advanced Analytics will drive BeiGene’s vision for leveraging advanced analytics to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence across the global commercial organization. This leader will be pivotal in shaping and executing the company’s global commercial analytics strategy while fostering cross-functional collaboration and innovation. The role would be reporting to the head of Global Operations and Business Analytics. The key responsibilities include :
Strategic Analytics Leadership :
- Setting the vision and strategy for advanced analytics initiatives that align with BeiGene’s corporate goals and business priorities.
- Building and leading a high-performing analytics team, ensuring delivery of actionable insights and impactful solutions across market access, marketing, and business operations.

Salary Range : $212,100.00 - $292,100.00 annually

Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
