Our Chehalis, WA location is currently seeking a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) who will assist in understanding customers’ needs and challenges, creating valued customer relationships, and seeking new opportunities to grow sales. This person will also support the service department and assist in other areas as needed.
Qualifications:
- AA or BA preferred, some college okay
- Minimum 3 years previous sales or related experience
- Basic to moderate use of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task as this position will wear several hats
- Quick-learner, can think on your feet
- Self-starter and requires little supervision
- Possess good judgment and common sense
- Detail oriented
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Possess a clean and valid driver's license, no DUI or DWI past 7 years, K4 required
- High school diploma or GED with some college
- Must be able to lift 50# unassisted
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assigned customers are visited on a regular basis to promote the Product Support department’s capabilities and performance.
· Call reports are completed on a timely basis so the information can be entered into Salesforce and management can be kept informed of customer needs and focus.
· Performs equipment inspections when the opportunity presents itself or when requested by the customers on a scheduled basis.
· Prepares detailed quotes and/or estimates following inspection detailing proposed machine repairs and reviews with the customer for their approval.
· Distributes Product support informational literature and promotional fliers to customer during scheduled calls and explains features and benefits.
· Consistently promotes the Company’s Parts, Service, Sales, Rental and Trucking departments including All-Makes, Value Parts, and rebuild before failure benefits in finding solutions for customer needs.
· Performs machine surveys for all Target accounts.
· Reaches sales goals for products listed on your annual compensation programs.
