Clinical Liaison
This position requires excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
Management of census development to include promoting the Ryders Continuum (6 SNF's, Lighthouse home healthcare, Companion Care and Outpatient Rehab).
As a clinical Liaison, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
Specific Requirements
RN / LPN (and / or) Clinical Experience
Extensive clinical background
Must have experience in facility marketing / business development
Exceptional communication skill- both verbally and in writing
Must have excellent presentation and organizational skills, have a sense of urgency and follow through skills
Knowledge of closing a sale's agreement
Experience responding to electronic referrals in a timely manner
Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and facility staff in the performance of duties
Knowledge of hospital rounding policies and state and federal regulations governing the admission process within a nursing facility
Able to multitask and perform under pressure
