Bel Air Care Center is looking for ASSISTED LIVING CAREGIVERS to join our growing team!

Don't miss this opportunity to join our team. Currently we need part time afternoons 2pm-10pm
Responsibilities of the Caregiver
- Interact with our guests to provide quality care and exceptional customer service
- Provide daily requirements of the resident care to include assistance/supervision with bathing, dressing, self-medication, feeding, observing dietary intake, hair and nail care, environmental needs, and responding to calls
- Light housekeeping duties to include making beds, vacuuming carpets, cleaning after meals, washing dishes, cleaning up spills etc. Additional housekeeping duties could be needed.
- Assist/supervise with transferring/lifting clients as required.
- Assist in activity program by way of individual and group activities as directed
- Observe and respond to changes in resident's condition
- Must communicate and be courteous, helpful and respectful to residents and their families
- Maintain a clean, safe physical environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Qualifications and Skills
- Must have patience and tact when dealing with residents, family members and other staff
- Must be available to work every other weekend
- Good attendance and work ethic
- Must be able to organize time and prioritize work.
- Previous long term care and customer service experience helpful.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
