Job Description Summary
The Corporate Counsel will play a critical role in providing comprehensive legal support and risk analysis to internal business teams. Reporting to the VP, Legal, this position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk-mitigating strategies that align with and further the company's business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory environments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Contract Management
Work with business partners to draft, review, and negotiate commercial and marketing contracts to support U.S. operations, increasing efficiency and speed of legal reviews, ensuring legal input is available.
Participate in the review of product packaging, advertising, and marketing materials, including promotions, print and digital ads, and social media.
Support global compliance initiatives in the U.S.
Conduct legal research and analysis as needed.

Working Conditions
Work is performed largely in an office environment. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours with at least 40 hours a week. At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines and other concerns. Up to 10% business travel may be required.
