Duties
The Office Personnel will be responsible for:
- Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Managing the reception area, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with medical staff
- Utilizing computer systems to update patient records and manage administrative tasks
- Providing exceptional customer support and resolving any issues that may arise
- Utilizing phone systems to communicate with patients and staff
- Demonstrating strong computer literacy skills
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
- Assisting with billing and insurance claims
- Supporting other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience in a dental or medical receptionist role
- Proficiency with dental and medical receptionist software
- Excellent customer support skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- Basic knowledge of dental and medical terminology
- Computer literacy and the ability to computerize tasks
- A strong understanding of office procedures and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required
