- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the customer experience.
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate pricing and change given.
- Conduct product demonstrations when necessary to promote sales and enhance customer knowledge.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred.
