Your Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out comprehensive setup tasks from programs on various machine types to ensure finished components adhere to print and process specifications.
- Support and guide colleagues in their roles, serving as a source of technical expertise and mentorship for NIMS Apprentice Students.
- Analyze and rectify setup and tooling problems, update setup sheets when necessary, and optimize machining processes to minimize cycle times and enhance product quality.
The Ideal Candidate:
- AAS degree or Diploma in Computer Integrated Manufacturing or a related field.
- No less than 5 years of experience working in a Swiss Machining environment or a corresponding mix of education and experience.
- A U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident is required.
