Sales Data Analyst

Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Demonstrated experience in Excel required, particularly with:
  • Working with complex/linked formulas, tables, and spreadsheets
  • Pivot tables
  • Macros
  • Understanding of Visual Basic and Power Query
• Experience compiling, cleaning, analyzing, interpreting, and organizing large amounts of data for distribution and use by sales reps and product managers required
• Communication skills to translate complex problems using non-technical terms, ability to work with many people internally and externally in a team environment
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to train on and understand of the business acumen and structure related to product management and sales structure for multiple business divisions
• Ability to read, interpret and translate with a marketing focus complex technical documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and algebraic problems. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Business/Finance, Economics, or Math field, or equivalent education and training
• 3-5 years of work experience in a data analyst role
• Experience with Power BI, SQL and Microsoft D365 is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to transport items weighing up to 15 pounds occasionally
