SUMMARY
Processes incoming requests, inquiries, or escalations via Phone, Email, Tickets, and Chat that are related to IT support issues. Phone support experience is beneficial. Your primary role will be to Diagnose and resolve tier 1 issues involving end-user workstation, remote support, onsite support, and basic server Support. Quickly determine if issue can be resolved in a timely manner or escalate to Tier 2 support.
WORK ENVIROMENT:
This position will require you to work from headquarters located in Peoria AZ.
COMPENSATION:
Full Time
$18 - $22 depending on experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Effectively manage issues through multiple forms of inbound requests including calls, e-mails, chat, web forms, or client tracking/ticketing databases.
Instruct end-users in the appropriate use of equipment, software, and/or reference materials.
Ticket Management -accurately prioritize, categorize, track and log calls, tickets, chats, etc. following client or internal tracking protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware/software, password resets, Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office (Outlook), security, desktop applications, and peripherals. (Basic Microsoft Server O.S. experience / A.D. is a plus)
Assist with monthly maintenance tasks to ensure client network health
Basic networking skills: map drives, SMB Shares, Shared Printers, Router Deployment, Switch Install, WAP Configuration, Scan To Shared Folders, VPN Connections
Basic hardware skills: Replace Failing HDDs, Video Cards, Mother Boards, BIOS Updates / Firmware Flashing, and other miscellaneous internal PC Components.
High-energy, self-motivated, well-organized
Over All we are looking for a Helpdesk tech. You should know windows 10/11 software and hardware inside and out. Being able to re-image or resolve windows on the desktop device. Some o365 user management (add /remove/reset o365 accounts) will be involved. A Certificate is beneficial.
