We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations in Columbus, OH. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions, providing administrative support to management, and maintaining an efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments for management.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate databases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
