Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize executives' schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives
- Maintain and organize office files and documents
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required
- Assist with special projects and events
- Ensure all necessary supplies and resources are available for the executive team
