Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Enter invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Review vendor statements and research outstanding items
- Provide data for 1099 filings
- Assist with inventory and month-end close
- Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal teams
- File, scan, and maintain documents
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Personal Characteristics:
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and resources
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 3 years of office experience, preferably in accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer applications
- High School Diploma required
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
