Job Description
Belair Road Supply Co Inc is a family owned business in the distribution of water & sewer, masonry, and hardscapes. BRS is looking for an energetic Outside Sales Representative to develop and maintain our masonry and hardscapes sales in Westminster, MD.
Job Details: The territory would include everything from Carroll, Frederick, Baltimore counties including southern Pennsylvania and more, calling on landscapers, masons, and home builders.
Job Summary: The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting potential new clients and working with the inside sales team to close business deals. This includes actively calling prospects over the phone, networking, preparing proposals and quotes and being a part of the entire sales process.
Compensation:
- Based on your experience, there will be a base salary plus uncapped commission opportunity
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Vice President of Sales and the Branch Manager to develop sales area and expectations
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by manager
- Adhere to all Outside Sales policies and procedures
- Set and reach high and low water mark targets throughout the week
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Experience:
- 1 year of experience in outside sales preferred
- General masonry / hardscapes knowledge preferred
- Outgoing, self-starter personality
