Belamere Suites Hotel, Americas most Romantic Hotel, is looking for a housekeeping supervisor who is an energetic individual with housekeeping experience to join our incredible team.
Job Duties Include:
Staff management: Training new employees, supervising current staff, and resolving performance issues
-Scheduling: Creating daily schedules for staff
-Task assignment: Assigning tasks to staff and ensuring they are completed correctly and efficiently
-Quality control: Ensuring that rooms and public areas are clean and meet our hotel standards
-Inventory management: Managing housekeeping supplies
-Cleaning standards: Establishing and educating staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards
-Work environment: Creating a high-performing, efficient work environment
-Inspections: inspecting and monitoring the quality of cleaning services
-Corrective actions: Taking corrective actions when necessary to improve performance levels
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
