JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for supporting the controllership team through data gathering and documentation.
* Ability to follow tasks assigned by manager within set timelines.
* Prepare accurate and timely status reports to management and other departments, as needed.
* Participate in special projects, cost analysis, and other financial initiatives.
* Prepare assigned monthly and quarterly reconciliations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* 3-4 years of relevant experience
* Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Financial services industry experience.
* Strong analytical, technical and research skills.
* Strong organizational skills and time management.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Must be willing to comply with preemployment screening, including but not limited to, drug testing, reference verification and background check.
