JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Oversee and manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance within the ERP system.
Manage approved suppliers in accordance with organization and customer requirements.
Maintain open communication with the supply chain.
Interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions.
Communicate with Quality personnel and customers to resolve supplier performance issues.
Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents such as Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
Conduct risk, issues, and opportunities management.
Issue Supplier Corrective Actions Requests (SCARs) as needed.
Manage priorities for delivery of products and services.
Work with Quality personnel and customers to formalize procurement requirements.
Manage contract terminations and Purchase Order closeouts.
Deliver timely accurate status for planned orders, purchase requisitions, and supplier performance.
Communicate across functions to manage risks, issues, and performance to plan.
Adhere to plant and department safety rules and report safety problems.
Train less skilled personnel as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
Must have manufacturing experience
ERP Systems experience (SAP or Coupa)
Knowledge of AS9100 QMS
Experience in purchasing / procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.
Experience with ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
