JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Aid with routine product testing and failure analysis of non-conforming parts.
* Assist engineers in product development, process improvement, and root cause analysis.
* Works autonomously to safely set up and run test according to test plan(s).
* Work with other associates to accomplish organizational goals.
* Machine parts, build and assemble fixtures and machine modules.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 5 - 10 years of experience in a technician or similar role.
* Experience with CNC machines and automation preferred.
* Ability to operate all tool room equipment.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to collaborate and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong time management skills.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* High mechanical aptitude.
* Machine control and electrical experience preferred.
* Experience working with engineering drawings, prints, process specifications and work instructions, both in printed and electronic formats
* Must be able to work in extremely oily and noisy environments.
* Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and move around for up to 10 hours at a time.
* Must be able to lift up to forty (40) pounds at a time.
* Must be able to bend, stretch, squat, and climb to access all parts of the machine for up to 10 hours.
* May be exposed to chemicals, mist, and dust.
