Naval Growth Expert
Belcan is seeking an experienced Naval Growth Expert to drive growth for its combined service lines serving the U.S. Navy customer.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a strategic roadmap that supports an innovative, transformational, and growth-oriented organization.
- Develop a go-to-market strategy for defense pursuits and programs.
- Identify and understand federal government customer requirements and resulting business opportunities.
- Provide analysis on opportunities and risks in the defense market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with business development background.
- 5 years' experience in digital modernization, software, cybersecurity, and/or digital engineering development with demonstrated success in building and winning business.
What We Offer:
