What are the responsibilities and job description for the Asset Maintenance Coordinator position at Belcan?
As an Asset Maintenance Coordinator at Belcan, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance activities. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and schedule all maintenance work using the SAP module in our Automated Maintenance Management (AMM) system.
Key aspects of the job include utilizing and maintaining the Maintenance Management System to schedule maintenance work and the Preventive Maintenance Program. You will create preventative maintenance task lists and plans for associated equipment, working with the maintenance workforce and technicians on the floor.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will develop and maintain a complete Maintenance library of all project files, equipment maintenance and operating manuals, drawings, and catalogs. This role also involves coordinating with project teams to ensure maintenance activities align with project timelines and objectives.
Furthermore, you will scrutinize parts lists for accuracy and suitable stocking levels based on use, manufacture recommendations, critical spares, and current and newly installed equipment.
