Job Title: Compensation Benefits Specialist
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15272
Duration: 12 Months contract (Potential temp to perm)
Payrate: $30/hr. - $35/hr. (Depending on experience)
Shift: 1st shift; 8am-5pm
This is a full-time hybrid position and requires 3 days in office.
Job Details:
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Experienced HR Employee Relations role with required years of relevant experience with Bachelor Degree.
- This role reports directly to the Sales Incentive Planning Manager.
- A background in sales incentive planning and project management is desirable.
Job Description:
- SIP Sales Admin: Initial Key Responsibilities will support the following tactical items for the SIP Manager.
- Coordination between finance, IT, HR, Sales Leadership on SIP plan changes and execution annually.
- Creation of automated reports for sales visibility throughout year.
- Modeling changes to SIP plans to meet new business needs.
- Governance on the current year SIP plans (Transfers, customer changes, employee moves).
- Letter creation and issuance by language to salespersons.
- Support the project management of the Refinish global selling machine commitments.
