Job Title : Talent Acquisition Business Partner 3
Location : Sunnyvale, CA (Remote)
Duration : 06 Months Contract (Potential Temp to Perm)
Pay Rate : $34 / hr. - $35 / hr.
Shift Time : 1st Shift; M-F (8 AM - 5 PM)
This is a virtual position located in California – candidate must be within 2 hours driving distance to Sunnyvale, CA as onsite visits will be expected.
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a full lifecycle recruiting with an emphasis on lead generation, candidate quality, and client management.
- Will consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree requirement.
- Experience using multiple sourcing channels to identify hard to find talent.
- Experience utilizing recruiting role within Workday .
- Experience with technical recruiting with demonstrated success hiring engineers and / or manufacturing related positions.
