JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Partner across the finance organization with a focus on driving actions that improve the business performance
* Assist with the annual business plan including operating, capital and financial components
* Coordinate with the development and reporting of the business financial forecast
* Evaluate assumptions, assess risks and understand variances vs. prior and vs. plan
* Establish performance tracking process and KPI"s for business
* Partner with the business to support, educate, and track return metrics
* Prepare external and internal presentations for business as needed
* Benchmark company"s financial and operating results against industry performance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s degree in Finance or Accounting. (A Master"s degree is a plus.)
* Minimum of 7 years in financial role, business development, or accounting role
* Demonstrated capacity to handle diverse number of projects simultaneously
* Strong ability to collaborate with a multi-cultural and cross-functional team
* Independent, inquisitive and a self-starter
* Strong MS Office skills (i.e. Power Point and Excel)
* Understanding of business intelligence tools
