Job Overview:
Belcan is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team in Thomasville, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and problem-solving within manufacturing processes and incorporating solutions into standard work procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide recommendations to streamline and improve processes for both legacy and new product introduction (NPI) parts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and create work instructions and ensure shop floor processes are accurate and up to date. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and incorporate solutions into standard work practices. Support the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) and Quality Engineering (QE) teams in daily tasks and project execution. Ensure compliance with all safety and production standards to meet on-time delivery goals.
Desired Skills:
Senior-level experience in machining manufacturing and processing. Hands-on experience in a machine shop environment. Previous experience in the aerospace industry. Strong ability to create and update work instructions. New Product Introduction (NPI) experience. U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required due to the nature of the work.
