Job Overview :
Belcan is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer in Thomasville, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and problem-solving within manufacturing processes and incorporating solutions into standard work procedures. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate technical configurations into work instructions and update shop floor controls, ensuring efficient and safe production of conforming outputs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide recommendations to streamline and improve processes for both legacy and new product introduction (NPI) parts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and create work instructions and ensure shop floor processes are accurate and up to date.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and incorporate solutions into standard work practices.
- Support the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) and Quality Engineering (QE) teams in daily tasks and project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and production standards to meet on-time delivery goals.
