- Assemble large or heavy subassemblies and complete units using hand and power tools based off blueprints and schematics.
- Test and calibrate parts to ensure they meet specifications.
- Apply shrink wrap material to products using a propane hand torch.
- Follow workplace safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Production setting with exposure to loud noise and moving machinery.
- Frequent lifting and moving of objects weighing 10-50 pounds.
- Adherence to safety protocols is a must. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- 3-5 years of heavy mechanical assembly experience (e.g., skid assembly, valve assembly).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics.
- Proficiency with measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools.
