This role involves working on a contract basis to assist with project reviews and system design.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that systems and equipment are designed and installed in accordance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project engineers, planners, and construction field coordinators to define project implementation requirements.
- Develop equipment and material take-off and specifications.
- Conduct surveys and field verifications as required to support project design.
- Verify and complete as-built drawings.
- Develop construction drawings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Associate degree in Drafting/Design Technology or equivalent.
- Excellent MicroStation CADD operating skills.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and civil design practices and regulations related to system design and equipment layout.
- In-depth knowledge of design codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., OSHA, ADA, ASME).
- Previous manufacturing experience, particularly with process-related equipment.
