- Support electronic hardware systems design activities
- Develop and refine electronic system and hardware requirements
- Lead technical discussions and reviews with key stakeholders
- Perform analysis in support of system verification, validation, and compatibility
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement as part of Agile product development
- Track budgets and task completion in support of project managementMinimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor"s degree in electrical engineering; Systems Engineering or related engineering discipline
- 5 years of electrical design or electrical systems experience
- Experience with structured requirements documentation systems such as DOORs or Jama
- Demonstrated experience with the system requirements development cycle
- Experience in aerospace, maritime, or other safety-critical industries
- Due to the nature of the work U.S. Citizenship is required
- Active DoD Secret security clearanceDesired but not required skills :
- Demonstrated experience with Agile for hardware as a developer, SCRUM master, or Product Owner
- Experience with Jira and Confluence for project management and knowledge management
- Experience with Siemens NX or Teamcenter
- Experience with Matlab / Simulink
- Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler
- Experience with the design of systems with closed-loop control where performance over a wide range of harsh environmental conditionsWe provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $125,000 to $160,000.
