Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 06 Months Contract (Potential Temp to Perm)
Pay Rate: $34/hr.
Shift Time: 1st Shift; M-F (8 AM - 5 PM)
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a full lifecycle recruiting with an emphasis on lead generation, candidate quality, and client management.
- Will consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree requirement.
- Experience using multiple sourcing channels to identify hard to find talent.
- Experience utilizing recruiting role within Workday.
- Experience with technical recruiting with demonstrated success hiring engineers and/or manufacturing related positions,
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active participant in social, digital, and/or other alternative sourcing techniques Work experience with building effect talent pipelines and conducting tactical searches.
- Background in agency recruiting.
- Experience staffing technical roles while utilizing acumen in assessing market data, trends, and user groups to identify qualified talent.
- Experience working in roles which require prioritizing high priority projects and meeting multiple deadlines within a face-based environment.
