East Bay Consulting Engineering firm seeking a Mechanical/Plumbing Designer with a minimum of five years' experience with construction projects.
We are seeking proactive, articulate and client-oriented designers and engineers with experience in a variety of project types including office buildings, retail projects, high-density housing, commercial, educational and other institutional design. Experience must include plumbing system designs, HVAC systems with package units and central systems, as well as working knowledge of current Title 24 standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, EnergyPro, and Bluebeam is preferred
The positions require individuals with the ability to articulate, both verbally and in written form, conceptual ideas with clients and staff members. The right candidate(s) must have a solid track record of successful and profitable projects. We expect these individuals to develop significant client relationships and assist with the development of our current staff. This position also requires experience with technical specifications and job site observations.

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
