Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments in the district. This position requires strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently. The Supervisor will ensure that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Duties:
1. Work under the supervision of the assistant superintendent to support the relationship between BAS and GRBS
2. Work with the supervisor of GRBS to communicate the needs of the district.
3. Monitor each district building to ensure that daily cleanliness standards are being met.
4. Communicate frequently with building administration regarding the condition of each building.
5. Support GRBS by communicating areas of strength and areas of challenge in each building.
Qualifications:
1. High School diploma required (prefer post high school training).
2. Flexibility to work at different times throughout the day/week.
3. Good working knowledge of BAS facilities.
4. Pursuant with State of Michigan Student Safety Legislation all prospective hires must provide fingerprinting and background check results to the District prior to employment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
Work Location: In person
