Qualifications:
- Masters degree from an accredited college or university.
- Valid New Mexico Administrator’s license.
- Demonstrated ability to build and articulate a vision with staff, students, parents and community.
- Able to demonstrate understanding of technology’s application to school operations and instructions.
- Demonstrated understanding of Special Education programs and can advocate a vision of inclusion within the regular education curriculum.
- Demonstrated understanding of student management and instructional delivery systems.
- Able to demonstrate application proficiency in word processing, database, and spreadsheet software.
- Embraces and encourages diversity.
- Demonstrated a willingness to seek professional development in administrative leadership, management, and supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to provide an environment and climate where all stakeholders share creativity, risk-taking, and experimentation.

Salary : $90,000 - $92,700
