**Job Description**
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Belen Meadows Healthcare and Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and exceptional service to our patients and residents.
You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
