**Responsibilities of the Position**

- Collect data from patients/residents and report any changes in condition. \
- Participate in nursing assessments and care planning. \
- Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders. \
- Oversee and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff. \

**Requirements**
\- \
- Must have completed an approved program in practical or vocational nursing. \
- Must hold current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or be pending licensure as a licensed practical nurse. \
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if working at a skilled nursing center or meet state requirements if working in an assisted living facility. \
